2:14Anduponallthehighmountains，anduponallthehillsthatareliftedup，

2:15Anduponeveryhightower，anduponeveryfencedwall，

2:16AnduponalltheshipsofTarshish，anduponallpleasantpictures.

2:17Andtheloftinessofmanshallbeboweddown，andthehaughtinessofmenshallbemadelow:andtheLORDaloneshallbeexaltedinthatday.

2:18Andtheidolsheshallutterlyabolish.

2:19Andtheyshallgointotheholesoftherocks，andintothecavesoftheearth，forfearoftheLORD，andforthegloryofhismajesty，whenhearisethtoshaketerriblytheearth.

2:20Inthatdayamanshallcasthisidolsofsilver，andhisidolsofgold，whichtheymadeeachoneforhimselftoworship，tothemolesandtothebats;

2:21Togointothecleftsoftherocks，andintothetopsoftheraggedrocks，forfearoftheLORD，andforthegloryofhismajesty，whenhearisethtoshaketerriblytheearth.

2:22Ceaseyefromman，whosebreathisinhisnostrils:forwhereinishetobeaccountedof?

3:1For，behold，theLord，theLORDofhosts，dothtakeawayfromJerusalemandfromJudahthestayandthestaff，thewholestayofbread，andthewholestayofwater.

3:2Themightyman，andthemanofwar，thejudge，andtheprophet，andtheprudent，andtheancient，

3:3Thecaptainoffifty，andthehonourableman，andthecounsellor，andthecunningartificer，andtheeloquentorator.

3:4AndIwillgivechildrentobetheirprinces，andbabesshallruleoverthe

3:5Andthepeopleshallbeoppressed，everyonebyanother，andeveryonebyhisneighbour:thechildshallbehavehimselfproudlyagainsttheancient，andthebaseagainstthehonourable.

3:6Whenamanshalltakeholdofhisbrotherofthehouseofhisfather，saying，Thouhastclothing，bethouourruler，andletthisruinbeunderthyhand:

3:7Inthatdayshallheswear，saying，Iwillnotbeanhealer;forinmyhouseisneitherbreadnorclothing:makemenotarulerofthepeople.

3:8ForJerusalemisruined，andJudahisfallen:becausetheirtongueandtheirdoingsareagainsttheLORD，toprovoketheeyesofhisglory.

3:9Theshewoftheircountenancedothwitnessagainstthem;andtheydeclaretheirsinasSodom，theyhideitnot.Woeuntotheirsoul!fortheyhaverewardedeviluntothemselves.

3:10Sayyetotherighteous，thatitshallbewellwithhim:fortheyshalleatthefruitoftheirdoings.

3:18InthatdaytheLordwilltakeawaythebraveryoftheirtinklingornamentsabouttheirfeet，andtheircauls，andtheirroundtireslikethemoon，

3:19Thechains，andthebracelets，andthemufflers，

3:20Thebonnets，andtheornamentsofthelegs，andtheheadbands，andthetablets，andtheearrings，

3:21Therings，andnosejewels，

3:22Thechangeablesuitsofapparel，andthemantles，andthewimples，andthecrispingpins，
