2:19Arise，cryoutinthenight:inthebeginningofthewatchespouroutthineheartlikewaterbeforethefaceoftheLORD:liftupthyhandstowardhimforthelifeofthyyoungchildren，thatfaintforhungerinthetopofeverystreet.

2:20Behold，OLORD，andconsidertowhomthouhastdonethis.Shallthewomeneattheirfruit，andchildrenofaspanlong?shallthepriestandtheprophetbeslaininthesanctuaryoftheLord?

2:21Theyoungandtheoldlieonthegroundinthestreets:myvirginsandmyyoungmenarefallenbythesword;thouhastslaintheminthedayofthineanger;thouhastkilled，andnotpitied.

2:22Thouhastcalledasinasolemndaymyterrorsroundabout，sothatinthedayoftheLORDsangernoneescapednorremained:thosethatIhaveswaddledandbroughtuphathmineenemyconsumed.
