4:22Itisthou，Oking，thatartgrownandbeestrong:forthygreatnessisgrown，andreachethuntoheaven，andthydominiontotheendoftheearth.

4:23Andwhereasthekingsawawatcherandanholyoneingdownfromheaven，andsaying，Hewthetreedown，anddestroyit;yetleavethestumpoftherootsthereofintheearth，evenwithabandofironandbrass，inthetendergrassofthefield;andletitbewetwiththedewofheaven，andlethisportionbewiththebeastsofthefield，tillseventimespassoverhim;

4:24Thisistheinterpretation，Oking，andthisisthedecreeofthemostHigh，whichiseuponmylordtheking:

4:25Thattheyshalldrivetheefrommen，andthydwellingshallbewiththebeastsofthefield，andtheyshallmaketheetoeatgrassasoxen，andtheyshallwettheewiththedewofheaven，andseventimesshallpassoverthee，tillthouknowthatthemostHighrulethinthekingdomofmen，andgivethittowhomsoeverhewill.

4:26Andwhereastheymandedtoleavethestumpofthetreeroots;thykingdomshallbesureuntothee，afterthatthoushalthaveknownthattheheavensdorule.

4:27Wherefore，Oking，letmycounselbeacceptableuntothee，andbreakoffthysinsbyrighteousness，andthineiniquitiesbyshewingmercytothepoor;ifitmaybealengtheningofthytranquillity.

4:28AllthiscameuponthekingNebuchadnezzar.

4:29AttheendoftwelvemonthshewalkedinthepalaceofthekingdomofBabylon.

4:30Thekingspake，andsaid，IsnotthisgreatBabylon，thatIhavebuiltforthehouseofthekingdombythemightofmypower，andforthehonourofmymajesty?

4:31Whilethewordwasinthekingsmouth，therefellavoicefromheaven，saying，OkingNebuchadnezzar，totheeitisspoken;Thekingdomisdepartedfromthee.

4:32Andtheyshalldrivetheefrommen，andthydwellingshallbewiththebeastsofthefield:theyshallmaketheetoeatgrassasoxen，andseventimesshallpassoverthee，untilthouknowthatthemostHighrulethinthekingdomofmen，andgivethittowhomsoeverhewill.

4:33ThesamehourwasthethingfulfilleduponNebuchadnezzar:andhewasdrivenfrommen，anddideatgrassasoxen，andhisbodywaswetwiththedewofheaven，tillhishairsweregrownlikeeaglesfeathers，andhisnailslikebirdsclaws.

4:34AndattheendofthedaysINebuchadnezzarliftedupmineeyesuntoheaven，andmineunderstandingreturneduntome，andIblessedthemostHigh，andIpraisedandhonouredhimthatlivethforever，whosedominionisaneverlastingdominion，andhiskingdomisfromgenerationtogeneration:

4:35Andalltheinhabitantsoftheeartharereputedasnothing:andhedoethaccordingtohiswillinthearmyofheaven，andamongtheinhabitantsoftheearth:andnonecanstayhishand，orsayuntohim，Whatdoestthou?

4:36Atthesametimemyreasonreturneduntome;andforthegloryofmykingdom，minehonourandbrightnessreturneduntome;andmycounsellorsandmylordssoughtuntome;andIwasestablishedinmykingdom，andexcellentmajestywasaddeduntome.

4:37NowINebuchadnezzarpraiseandextolandhonourtheKingofheaven，allwhoseworksaretruth，andhiswaysjudgment:andthosethatwalkinprideheisabletoabase.

5:1Belshazzarthekingmadeagreatfeasttoathousandofhislords，anddrankwinebeforethethousand.

5:2Belshazzar，whileshetastedthewine，mandedtobringthegoldenandsilvervesselswhichhisfatherNebuchadnezzarhadtakenoutofthetemplewhichwasinJerusalem;thattheking，andhisprinces，hiswives，andhisconcubines，mightdrinktherein.

5:3ThentheybroughtthegoldenvesselsthatweretakenoutofthetempleofthehouseofGodwhichwasatJerusalem;andtheking，andhisprinces，hiswives，andhisconcubines，drankinthe

5:4Theydrankwine，andpraisedthegodsofgold，andofsilver，ofbrass，ofiron，ofwood，andofstone.

5:5Inthesamehourcameforthfingersofamanshand，andwroteoveragainstthecandlestickupontheplaisterofthewallofthekingspalace:andthekingsawthepartofthehandthatwrote.

5:6Thenthekingscountenancewaschanged，andhisthoughtstroubledhim，sothatthejointsofhisloinswereloosed，andhiskneessmoteoneagainstanother.

5:9ThenwaskingBelshazzargreatlytroubled，andhiscountenancewaschangedinhim，andhislordswereastonied.

5:10Nowthequeenbyreasonofthewordsofthekingandhislordscameintothebanquethouse:andthequeenspakeandsaid，Oking，liveforever:letnotthythoughtstroublethee，norletthycountenancebechanged:

5:11Thereisamaninthykingdom，inwhomisthespiritoftheholygods;andinthedaysofthyfatherlightandunderstandingandwisdom，likethewisdomofthegods，wasfoundinhim;whomthekingNebuchadnezzarthyfather，theking，Isay，thyfather，mademasterofthemagicians，astrologers，Chaldeans，andsoothsayers;

5:12Forasmuchasanexcellentspirit，andknowledge，andunderstanding，interpretingofdreams，andshewingofhardsentences，anddissolvingofdoubts，werefoundinthesameDaniel，whomthekingnamedBelteshazzar:nowletDanielbecalled，andhewillshewtheinterpretation.

5:13ThenwasDanielbroughtinbeforetheking.AndthekingspakeandsaiduntoDaniel，ArtthouthatDaniel，whichartofthechildrenofthecaptivityofJudah，whomthekingmyfatherbroughtoutofJewry?

5:17ThenDanielansweredandsaidbeforetheking，Letthygiftsbetothyself，andgivethyrewardstoanother;yetIwillreadthewritinguntotheking，andmakeknowntohimtheinterpretation.

5:18Othouking，themosthighGodgaveNebuchadnezzarthyfatherakingdom，andmajesty，andglory，andhonour:

5:19Andforthemajestythathegavehim，allpeople，nations，andlanguages，trembledandfearedbeforehim:whomhewouldheslew;andwhomhewouldhekeptalive;andwhomhewouldhesetup;andwhomhewouldheputdown.

5:20Butwhenhisheartwasliftedup，andhismindhardenedinpride，hewasdeposedfromhiskinglythrone，andtheytookhisgloryfromhim:

5:21Andhewasdrivenfromthesonsofmen;andhisheartwasmadelikethebeasts，andhisdwellingwaswiththewildasses:theyfedhimwithgrasslikeoxen，andhisbodywaswetwiththedewofheaven;tillheknewthatthemosthighGodruledinthekingdomofmen，andthatheappointethoveritwhomsoeverhewill.
