4:13Tillwealleintheunityofthefaith，andoftheknowledgeoftheSonofGod，untoaperfectman，untothemeasureofthestatureofthefulnessofChrist:

4:14Thatwehenceforthbenomorechildren，tossedtoandfro，andcarriedaboutwitheverywindofdoctrine，bythesleightofmen，andcunningcraftiness，wherebytheylieinwaittodeceive;

4:15Butspeakingthetruthinlove，maygrowupintohiminallthings，whichisthehead，evenChrist:

4:16Fromwhomthewholebodyfitlyjoinedtogetherandpactedbythatwhicheveryjointsupplieth，accordingtotheeffectualworkinginthemeasureofeverypart，makethincreaseofthebodyuntotheedifyingofitselfinlove.

4:17ThisIsaytherefore，andtestifyintheLord，thatyehenceforthwalknotasotherGentileswalk，inthevanityoftheirmind，

4:18Havingtheunderstandingdarkened，beingalienatedfromthelifeofGodthroughtheignorancethatisinthem，becauseoftheblindnessoftheirheart:

4:19Whobeingpastfeelinghavegiventhemselvesoveruntolasciviousness，toworkalluncleannesswithgreediness.

4:20ButyehavenotsolearnedChrist;

4:21Ifsobethatyehaveheardhim，andhavebeentaughtbyhim，asthetruthisinJesus:

4:22Thatyeputoffconcerningtheformerconversationtheoldman，whichiscorruptaccordingtothedeceitfullusts;

4:23Andberenewedinthespiritofyourmind;

4:24Andthatyeputonthenewman，whichafterGodiscreatedinrighteousnessandtrueholiness.

4:25Whereforeputtingawaylying，speakeverymantruthwithhisneighbour:forwearemembersoneofanother.

4:26Beyeangry，andsinnot:letnotthesungodownuponyourwrath:

4:27Neithergiveplacetothedevil.

4:28Lethimthatstolestealnomore:butratherlethimlabour，workingwithhishandsthethingwhichisgood，thathemayhavetogivetohimthatneedeth.

4:29Letnocorruptmunicationproceedoutofyourmouth，butthatwhichisgoodtotheuseofedifying，thatitmayministergraceuntothehearers.

4:30AndgrievenottheholySpiritofGod，wherebyyearesealeduntothedayofredemption.

4:31Letallbitterness，andwrath，andanger，andclamour，andevilspeaking，beputawayfromyou，withallmalice:

4:32Andbeyekindonetoanother，tenderhearted，forgivingoneanother，evenasGodforChristssakehathforgivenyou.

5:1BeyethereforefollowersofGod，asdearchildren;

5:2Andwalkinlove，asChristalsohathlovedus，andhathgivenhimselfforusanofferingandasacrificetoGodforasweetsmellingsavour.

5:3Butfornication，andalluncleanness，orcovetousness，letitnotbeoncenamedamongyou，asbeethsaints;

5:4Neitherfilthiness，norfoolishtalking，norjesting，whicharenotconvenient:butrathergivingofthanks.

5:5Forthisyeknow，thatnowhoremonger，noruncleanperson，norcovetousman，whoisanidolater，hathanyinheritanceinthekingdomofChristandofGod.

5:6Letnomandeceiveyouwithvainwords:forbecauseofthesethingseththewrathofGoduponthechildrenofdisobedience.

5:7Benotyethereforepartakerswiththe

5:8Foryeweresometimesdarkness，butnowareyelightintheLord:walkaschildrenoflight:

5:9（ForthefruitoftheSpiritisinallgoodnessandrighteousnessandtruth;）

5:10ProvingwhatisacceptableuntotheLord.

5:11Andhavenofellowshipwiththeunfruitfulworksofdarkness，butratherreprovethe

5:12Foritisashameeventospeakofthosethingswhicharedoneoftheminsecret.

5:13Butallthingsthatarereprovedaremademanifestbythelight:forwhatsoeverdothmakemanifestislight.

5:14Whereforehesaith，Awakethouthatsleepest，andarisefromthedead，andChristshallgivetheelight.

5:15Seethenthatyewalkcircumspectly，notasfools，butaswise，

5:16Redeemingthetime，becausethedaysareevil.

5:17Whereforebeyenotunwise，butunderstandingwhatthewilloftheLordis.

5:18Andbenotdrunkwithwine，whereinisexcess;butbefilledwiththeSpirit;

5:19Speakingtoyourselvesinpsalmsandhymnsandspiritualsongs，singingandmakingmelodyinyourhearttotheLord;

5:20GivingthanksalwaysforallthingsuntoGodandtheFatherinthenameofourLordJesusChrist;
